Being 6'2", it's hard to find a mat longer than me and this mat is over 7'. The lines are great visual cues to ensure I have proper foot and hand placement when doing exercises. There is great cushioning, I always have a good grip on the mat, and I have never slipped. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I love using my LatMat Jump! It has been such a game changer for my knees and joints- the shock absorbing material helps to make plyometric training easier on my body. And, at almost 50 years old, I love the fact that I can still do jump training without the aches and pain. Love that the mat is large, my whole body fits on it comfortably. And, it stays in place!! I could not wait to receive my very own new Latmat jump. I was so excited to come home & see the box labeled & packaged so well! I couldn’t believe how fast it was shipped! I am normally not one to buy something online without feeling & seeing the product first! Let me just say, Friends I was completely shocked how lite the box was! I was even more excited to get inside & open it up! I pulled it out of plastic wrap I was immediately in love with the texture as it literally rolled right out! Love my LatMat Jump! The lines give me a great way to monitor the positions of my feet and helps me to challenge myself during certain cardio moves. Nice and supportive for my knees and feet too!

I have used Latmat Jump for a month and absolutely love it. Its large enough to accommodate all movements and is absorbs the impact on the knees and ankle when working out. I love its stability and does not roll or slip with fast movements. The customer service was great. I received my mat within a week of ordering it. Of all the exercise mats I have tried, this is by far the best one. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

I usually only use a mat for stretching, but the LatMat Jump is perfect for so many other types of exercise. It is the perfect amount of shock absorption for my high impact exercises, while not moving or bunching up. The unique lines provide built-in range of motion targets and allows me to measure my progress during weight training. Of course using it for stretching is a given as it really has helped me to improve form while coaching virtually. It is a base for all your fitness needs.

I am so glad I invested in this mat. It's perfect for my at home workouts! Three things I love about it: First, the composition of the material is perfect. It provides enough cushion to protect your joints, but sturdy enough to allow you to do cardio and balance moves on it. Second, it is larger in dimension than your standard mat. I can do so much more on it, without hanging off the sides. But it's still portable enough to be rolled up and stored away in between workouts. Third, the visual guides, or ladders, have been so helpful with form checking and keeping my movements consistent. As an added bonus, Angi and the other online fitness instructors at fitvds.com provide you with guidance on your form based on the ladder during their online classes. Love, love, love the mat for all of these reasons!

This mat is awesome & the best for your knees & joints . It has a thick padding which protects from injuries & slipping. It is broader than your regular excercise mat. It has theses numbered lines which helps in evenly spacing both sides while working out .It works on any type of surface.It looks good , feels good & can handle any type of workout. Great Mat. It’s the cushioning for me! It absorbency is so very good for your knees. The lines allow your instructor to position you as they see fit during your workout. And let’s not forget the size!! I can fit either way on this mat. LatMat is the last mat I’ll purchase.

The LatMat is the best mat I have ever owned. It is bigger than the standard mat, and it doesn’t wrinkle up while using. The lines help you place your legs and hands in a consistent position, so you can keep correct form in a variety of exercises. The Lat Mat has been great to use and have protected my knees from hurting. You can jump, slide and practically conduct every exercise while having joint support. Great mat! Thick enough to be easy on my joints. I really liked the ladder to help me visualize my movements and the mat stays in place!

For the first time I can do body weight drills without my joints and back hurting due to the thickness of the LatMat. My form is improved since I can align my body to the lines and numbers on the LatMat during weight lifting, cardio and body weight sets. I can push myself when doing cardio drills with the numbering system. The LatMat is large and promotes safety because you can do all kinds of exercise drills while staying on the mat vs being on and off different surfaces with smaller mats. It's durable, easy to clean, roll up and store. The LatMat is a GAME CHANGER and worth the money spent!

I absolutely love this mat! I’ve been in the yoga and fitness business as an Instructor for nearly 20 years, and this is the best May I’ve ever bought. It’s size allows me to do any kind of workout on it - from plyometrics, to cross training, weight training or yoga. It’s cushioning is so absorbent that I’m confident my joints are protected while exercising, and I never slip. Can’t recommend this enough to my friends and clients!

I love the size and cushion of the mat. I primarily am and will be using it for yoga and like that I don’t need extra cushioning under my knees, but that the mat isn’t so thick as to interrupt standing balance poses. It is difficult to find a mat with just the right amount of give and this is it! I wish I had had the LatMat Jump when I was doing high impact training and had my personal training business running, it would have been amazing to use in all of those scenarios as well!

The LatMat Jump is an excellent mat. First of all, it is easy on the joints; you can jump and do prisoner like exercises and you will not hurt your joints. So far I absolutely love the mat. It definitely makes working out in my basement so much easier. I love that I can workout without shoes. I love, love, love the mat. I am taking it with me everywhere I go. I am 5.9 and have plenty of space while laying down doing crunches, stretching etc. I do not have to worry not fitting on it full length. Perfect for tall people! Waiting for my kid to get finished with sports practice? No problem, I just lay out the mat somewhere near and kill time with the outdoor workout. Out of town at the beach?
